6 weeks of intensive is finally over!!
AND... i am having my one week break, which is ending in less than two days. haha. at least i had my fair share of fun and relaxation. :)

1 AUG - FRIDAY
School ended that day with cheers and laughter. :) Had a farewell party for Dr. Sue and Dr. Nancy. Both are amazing professors. They're so so nice and friendly and really understanding. They helped us a lot and gave us so many opportunities to score well in our assignments. LOVE THEM TO BITS!!! I headed out with the poly girls and guy to celebrate vel's birthday at Shokudo at Cine. Mad, ning, jacob, xin, pei, vel, ian, zavier, vivien (vel's pretty friend) and myself. Good time of catching up and playing with zavier. He's so adorable la!!! After dinner (which ended early), pei, jacob and myself went to get ice cream at taka! Rum and raisin, belgium chocolate and biscotti. YUM YUM!!! My favourite... After which, we all headed home.

2 AUG - SATURDAY
Went for lunch with my family at IMM. My siblings got themselves new phones after going home to check out our current plans and all. I LIKE AH LAP's (my brother) SAMSUNG PHONE!!! Oh well.. Met pei at clementi and we began our journey to the far far kovan. haha. Dan, xin, pei and myself worked for stef. This CHIJ pri school was having some family day and stef planned a children's party for them. The four of us plus a few other ECH ppl and stef's nieces and nephew helped out. A VERY TIRING FEW HOURS i must say. The kids (mostly GIRLS) were quite hard to handle. Totally there were about 250 of kids and only maybe 15 of us. So ya.. myself, kimberly and amanda (who are stef's nieces) were in charge of this cake decor station. It was horribly messy and i nearly died cause many many groups came at one go and there weren't enough tables and materials. So we had to improv here and there. When the whole thing ended, i was SOOOOOO happy. haha. So were kim and manda. haha. We took quite a bit of photos.
When this party ended, i was supposed to head to the airport to send my professors off. But it was too late and by the time i reached, they might have left. So i didn't head down. Instead, i met ben and his army friends at ktv near chinatown it think. I know quite a few of them so i didn't really feel awkward. Yong qiang made me sing in front of everyone la. And he chose a song that i don't know how to sing. hahaha. In the end i chose an jing and ben sang along! Can you believe it?!?! Ben sang a CHINESE SONG!!! haha. He will kill me when he sees this. haha. But nevermind la hor..... ;) After the KTV session, which i felt was quite fun, we went for supper at maxwell market. Then we cabbed home. Ben, myself and weilun. A really nice guy i must say.. Thinking of setting weilun up with xin. hahaha. XIN!!!! He really is a very nice dude. :):):):)

3 AUG - SUNDAY
Church was quite the same. Talked to Charles and Liqun after YZ about YZ. haha. A fruitful session i must say. :) Headed out with ben for ice monster!!!! The dessert was so good!!! hahaha. Then we caught the mummy for $8 cause of his safra card! Thank God for saf. hahaha. The show was okay for $8. I found it hard to believe the storyline. But i guess it was okay la. haha.

4 AUG - MONDAY
Went shopping with my family at ps. haha. Ling and i bought quite a bit of stuff. Some tops and dresses. hahaha. Shan't elaborate more. But it was a good family bonding for us. :):):):):)

5 AUG - TUESDAY
Slacked at home. Was supposed to go out with ling but both of us felt too lazy. And i didn't head out with the cohort. So sorry. Really was supposed to head out with my sis. :)

6 AUG - WEDNESDAY
Sentosa with the snail sisters!!! Met at 9am but i was really late. hahaha. We slacked and went for this water bee ride. TIRING LA! but fun. hahaha. Didn't stay as long as i thought we would. We left sentosa at 1.30pm after showering and all. Then some left. Shron, yvette and i ate at bk and abby was waiting for doodoo(her bf). So ya. Shron, yvette and i walked around vivo then we left.

7 AUG - THURSDAY
Went out with ling to shop at suntec and marina square. :) We bought some stuff too and had desert at max brenners. haha. another fruitful day!!! haha. I paid for almost everything cause i thought my sis still hasn't got her atm card yet. But she has had it since a long time ago!!!!! I feel so cheated la! i paid for both my stuff and hers!!! But its okay. I love her and i don't mind la. Plus she paid for some stuff after that la. haha. :):):)

8 AUG - FRIDAY
I travelled down to pasir ris to visit peifen, zhiqiang and their lovely daughters, lexuan and zhixuan! Haven't had a chat with them for quite awhile so thought why not go down to visit them and share some love. Had a really enjoyable time as we chatted and catch up on each other's lives and encourage each other and also playing with lexuan and zhixuan. Peifen reminded me that prayer is important in a relationship and that God is the centre of a relationship. Really thank God for that timely reminder! THANK YOU PEIFEN!!! If you ever see this. :) Waited for zhiqiang to knock off from work and chatted awhile too. He shared with me about some ppl he knew and i was so touched by the stories. The stories about how God works in ppl and through ppl. It's amazing!!!! He also reminded me to look at the strengths instead of weaknesses. I learnt about this before in ECH but i never really thought i could apply that into the area that i'm serving in right now. Really enjoyed my short time of fellowship with zhiqiang and peifen. Thank you for guiding me through my years of growing and serving in YZ.

9 AUG - SATURAY
Here i am typing this at noon. haha. Waiting for guests to come over for lunch and movie. Then we are all going to head to watch the NDP!!!! We got tickets and my dad invited some friends to join us. Hope we will have a great day today!! haha. :)

I have a lot of photos to upload but i haven't got the time and energy to do so. Keep waiting ya..... :) Will try to do that soon. haha.
