this last week of school of year 2007 is crazy!!!
assignments due. implementation with geri's assessment. preparation for implementation. it may seem little to you. but a lot of hard work is involved.

i have three thanksgiving items to share. really thank God for everything that's happened through this week.

FIRST
I GOT INTO WHEELOCK!! wooohoo!! my application is accepted! i wrote my essay at the last minute. i didn't think i'd get in though ppl said i would. i was just scared cause i didn't have a back up plan. so THANK GOD!!!

SECOND (be prepared, it might be a lil long. but it's worth reading. :) haha.)
we had our implementation for our IEP on wed. there are 6 ppl in my group. xin and jacob in charge of teaching. pei and dan in charge of doing activities with children at learning corner. fana in charge of taking photos. me in charge of videoing the whole process, lesson and activities. well, the battery of the video cam normally can last abt 1 hr. but on wed, it was low batt after 30 mins! and there was another half of the lesson not videoed!!! obviously, i panicked and quickly charged it as the children drew pictures of the process. abt 8 mins later, i went to check on the batt. i plugged it into the video cam and guess what! STILL LOW BATT!! so i charged another 2 mins. and before i plugged the batt in again, i prayed. i asked God to help me sustain the battery. there wasn't another way that it would work. and really God is amazing! my battery lasted another 20 mins, though it was blinking, showing that it's low batt. to my knowledge, no battery can last another 20 mins when it's blinking. God is amazing, isn't He? THANK YOU GOD!!

THIRD
my friends and i ended sch early on thurs. so we headed down to marine parade to do another project. and this project required us to do some survey with parents who have children in preschool. well, it's a weekday and it's abt 2 plus 3pm. the parents would all be working unless they're retrenched or they're stay home mums. so fana and xin went to walk ard to search for info and also to do the survey. jacob was aloe doing that. and pei and i sat down to start the intro and do the survey at the same time. after the three left, i said a prayer. i asked God to bring ppl to us. by 3 plus, fana, xin and jacob came back. fana and xin only did one survey. jacob did none. and guess what! God sent 3 ppl to me! i did three surveys without leaving that area i was at! God showed how amazing He is to me once again! THANK YOU GOD!!!

i hope that this sharing of how great God is encourages you to trust in God too. He really is amazing cause He loves us so much. even when we're not so close to Him (which is a bad thing), He's still right beside us.
